We kindly request a minimum of 3 weeks’ notice for all balloon designs to ensure availability and the best possible results. While we will always try to accommodate last-minute requests, specific colors and balloon sizes cannot be guaranteed with shorter notice.
Please note that balloon orders are not confirmed until you have been contacted by Nicole and your design details have been finalized.
