Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

Our delivery window is from 8:00-11:00 am and our pickup window is 5:00-8:00 pm. Depending on weather and the availability of the rental items, we may deliver the evening before and/or pick up the rental items the day following your event. We will reach out to you at the beginning of the week of your rental to confirm the times.

We provide free delivery to the following CT towns: Suffield, West Suffield, Enfield, East Windsor, Windsor, Windsor Locks, East Granby, Granby, West Granby, Somers. If you do not see your town listed, please reach out to us for a delivery quote.

Inflatable devices must be set up over a smooth, flat surface. The area must be clear of rocks, debris, animal waste, and other objects, which may interfere with the use of or damage of the inflatable unit.

Inflatable units must be anchored down. If the unit is set up on grass we can use steel stakes to anchor right into the ground. If the inflatable unit will be placed on hard surfaces such as concrete, blacktop, or a gymnasium floor, please be sure to let us know in advance. This is to ensure proper availability of weights, surface padding and overall suitability. 

If renting a Wet Unit and your house is on a well system, we must use water that has been treated and free of discoloration. Even short-term exposure of unfiltered water will permanently stain and ruin the unit. The stains from this cannot be removed and are awfully expensive to correct. 

Absolutely no silly string or face paint should be allowed inside or near an inflatable unit at any time. Both of these contain chemicals that can permanently discolor the vinyl material. Balloons, streamers, and dyed paper products can also cause discoloration on vinyl and should not be placed in/near an inflatable use. Please take this into consideration when you are planning your event!
